Kevin Rose has stated recently that upcoming page views accounted for half a percent of the total, but now they’re making it a big focus point on the page due to this pressure put on them. They’ve been very quick in making the changes users have not so politely requested. Maybe now that the section is less hidden away than it was before, it will have a profound effect on page views. They’ll surely increase considerably, but maybe only at first. I think in the end if they really believe that it’s right to make a change, they shouldn’t just cave in so quickly.

It’s scary and tragic that something like this could happen. These killings took place in broad daylight even in a high street of a quiet town. What can we learn from this? Personally I don’t know if we can learn anything. Because guns are readily available to those who really want them, there’s nothing to stop this from happening again. We just have to hope that it won’t.

Maybe my days of emailing myself notes are numbered.

So far so good, I’m just waiting for the domain servers to refresh and point 3DGalaxy.net to the right place, and then it should be back to normal.

I should also point out that I don’t hate bluehost or anything. They’ve been fantastic for the past 4 years I’ve used them. The thing is now, that I don’t use any of the advanced things that I pay for, so it’s really throwing money away when wordpress.com is cheaper and possibly a little bit more reliable.

Update: It’s now finished and everything is back up and running. You probably won’t even be able to tell the difference which I think Is a good thing.

That and any possible good DSiWare games if they ever release anything. The price is also surprisingly decent. I expected it to go for considerably more than the DSi but it’s actually not too bad, especially for someone who hasn’t upgraded yet.

The colour selection is a bit limited and I would have preferred a white one, but the dark brown looks quite cool.

Well done to the team and I’m sure Uncharted 3 will have a similar impact.

That said, I did pre-order the game because I want to play it and have no other choice. I’m sure it will look ok to me since I’m not the most picky gamer, but still. Sony are trying their best to give the PS3 the best possible chance in the marketplace, and stuff like this is certainly not what they need.
